A) Steps to change and update product data
- Go to the “Catalog”
- Filter the product and select the one you wish to change the data
- Select the submenu “Product Info” to open the tab, and change the next product data:
- Title
- Vendor
- Supplier
- Product Type
- Description
- Availability
- Collection – Add the product to a collection.
- NOTE: Only in case you create an in Collections, the name of it will be shown in the drop-down menu
- To save all data changed or entered, click on the “Save” blue command button in the “Product Information” tab
- Select the submenu “Variant Info” to open the tab, and change the next product data:
- Variant subtab:
- SKU
- UPC
- Cost
- Wholesale price – in case you missed adding this price during the Sync product process, this is one of the places to correct this mistake, the second is in Catalog → Edit
- NOTE: wholesale price not visible in Shopify retail store
- MAP
- MSRP – retail price
- NOTE: Before you change a variant without leaving the “Variant” subtab, save changes by clicking on the command button “Save”
- Custom Options subtab – switch in this subtab by clicking on the name “Custom Options” in the tab header, and start editing data:
- Manufacturer Color
- Basic Color
- Material
- Fit
- Length
- Waist
- Size
- Size searchable
- Width
- Width searchable
- Style
- Substyle Searchable
- Gender
- Gender Searchable
- NOTE: Before you change a variant without leaving the “Variant” subtab, save changes by clicking on the command button “Save”
- To save all data changed or entered, click on the “Save” blue command button in the “Variant Info” tab
