Pre-Order Settings (PWM)

In this section, you can make your future collection catalog visible to your wholesale buyers or turn it off. By default, Pre-order is active and if you create a future collection with all needed information it will automatically be shown to your buyers.

Pre-Order Analytics

Pre-Order Analytics will list all orders by default. To change that:

  • Filter by Date Range field will open a calendar.
  • First, select a date “from”.
  • Second, in the same calendar, you choose the date “to”.

After that screen below listed are orders from this period with the next data:

  • Pre-order – The number under this label shows all orders made in the selected period.
  • Items pre-ordered.
  • Customers – how many customers completed those orders.
  • Value received – the total monetary value of orders for the selected period.

On the bottom of the page are settled arrows to scroll and navigate through the order list and field to set up the number of orders per page.

SKU Analytics

At the top of the page is a quick filter to set the time of the selling period. Available in the next options:

  • Last week.
  • Last month.
  • Last 3 months.
  • Last 6 months.
  • Last year.

The second available option is the search bar. You can browse analytics by writing the product information. On-screen data will be sorted in the following columns:

  • Product title.
  • Variant title.
  • Variant SKU.
  • Quantity sold.
  • Staring quantity.
  • Ending quantity.

Clicking on the link at the end of the row opens a new page with more details for the selected items sorted in the following columns:

  • Date – shows the date of the event.
  • Event – Inventory Added or Order Created.
  • Adjustment – shows changes in the quantity of product per individual event.
  • Quantity – shows the remaining quantity after the event.

Clicking on “Back to SKU Analytics” links you back to the main SKU Analytics screen. 

On the bottom of the SKU Analytics page are settled arrows to scroll and navigate through the order list and field to set up the number of orders per page.
