Order Management – Create Order

This simple process is demonstrated in the video.

A) Enter Order Management

  • Go to the main menu
  • Select “Order Management”

B) Select the order type

  • Select the “Add Order” submenu
  • Choose the type of order
  • Press the “Continue” command button
Select the **Add Order** submenu from **Order Management**, choose the appropriate **Order Type** for the transaction, and then click **Continue** to proceed to the next step of the order creation workflow.

C) Fulfilling order

  • Fulfill all fields with “*” in the form
  • Press the “Continue” command button
Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the **Shipping Address** form, then click **Continue** to move to the next step of the order process.

D) Add product in order

  • Enter UPC or SKU in the field and confirm by pressing “Scan” or “Enter” on the keyboard
  • Continue scanning UPC or SKU until finished
  • Edit discount and sale tax
  • Press the “Continue” command button
Enter the UPC or SKU into the **Enter UPC or SKU** field and confirm by pressing **Scan** or **Enter** on the keyboard. Continue scanning additional UPCs or SKUs until all products have been added to the order. Review and adjust the **Discount** and **Sales Tax** values as needed. Once all items and pricing details are correct, click **Continue** to proceed to the next step.

E) Payment

  • Recheck the order. If something is wrong, return to the previous window by pressing the “Back” command button or continue to pay the order by pressing the “Confirm Payment” command button
  • Select the payment type from the dropdown menu in a popup window.
  • Confirm by pressing the “Confirm” command button in the popup window
  • Confirm the order by pressing the “Confirm Order” command button

  • Confirm by pressing the “Confirm” command button in the popup window
  • Confirm the order by pressing the “Confirm Order” command button
