If the client does not fulfill his obligations to you, in the PWM app there is an option to prevent the client from ordering your products.

A) Steps to disable the client
- Go to the Dashboard or Customers
- Press pen symbol button in column “edit”
- Select checkbox “Disable customer” in pop-up window
- Confirm by pressing “Save” button
- Once the need to disable the user has passed, you can enable them to work by following all the previous steps and removing the check mark from the checkbox. This will allow the user to access the business again.
